Payment Structure
The program operates on a two-stage payment schedule:
First Payment: US $12,000
- Initiates order and procurement
- Paid after the following equipment has been prepared and is ready for dispatch:

Final Payment: US $10,000
- Due before equipment delivery

Timeline and Setup
- Production Readiness: Operations can begin within 45 days after company registration and presence of parties on the ground
- Equipment Testing:
- Testing at the company’s premises: covered by company expenses
- Testing at the customer’s site: expenses borne by customer
- Transport: All equipment transport costs are the responsibility of the customer
Training and Support
Training (Included at No Additional Cost)
- Full training on equipment operation, fine gold recovery techniques, and staff supervision
- Training of staff members is mandatory and provided as included
- Teamwork is required throughout the training phase
Technical Support
Maintenance Parts:

Ongoing Technical Support:

On-Site Assistance
- The company provides one staff member for one month during the first stage at company expense
- The company remains available for the longevity of the operation
- If the customer desires full operational management, the company may manage the site for 1 gram of gold per day
Client Responsibilities
To ensure serious commitment and operational continuity, the client agrees to:
- Maintain residence in an apartment or rented house (not a hotel) during the setup phase
- Employ all site staff at customer’s own cost
- Maintain a computer and office as a condition of the business
- Accept accounting setup provided by the company, with responsibility to continue records thereafter
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration throughout the training process
Code of Conduct (Material Breach Conditions)
The following are strictly enforced as conditions of the agreement. Any violation constitutes material breach and may result in termination:
- Respect for staff members – Mandatory at all times
- No bribery – Attempting to bribe any person in Uganda is prohibited
- No mercury use – The operation must remain mercury-free and cyanide-free; any use of mercury is strictly forbidden
