In Geita Town, we stock up on essential items such as medicine from local pharmacies and supplies like food at grocery stores. The town also offers convenient services with hardware shops where we can purchase tools needed for our expedition, and a post office where important communications are handled.

Geita’s significance in gold mining cannot be overstated; the region has been a focal point of mineral exploration due to its abundant deposits. This makes Geita an ideal location not only for supplies but also as a strategic base before venturing into more remote areas rich with potential mining opportunities.
