  2. Exhaust port (排气口): An opening for exhaust ventilation.

  3. Ceramic insulation cotton (陶瓷隔热棉): Ceramic material used for thermal insulation.

3. WORKING PRINCIPLE

3.1. The machine can be divided into: heating system, control system.

  • Furnace principle: The controller heats the furnace through the resistance wire. The heat in the furnace is transferred to the crucible, and then the crucible transfers the heat to the metal, and the metal generates heat until it reaches the melting point of the metal.

3.2. Control system: PID system. PID system has two functions: measure and control temperature.

3.3. Principle: The system will periodically measure the temperature in the furnace intermittently, and transmit the measured temperature to the PID system, and then the PID system will display the obtained value (actual temperature) on the temperature control table.

3.4. If the actual temperature is less than the setting temperature, the PID system will heat the furnace through the resistance wire; if the actual temperature is greater than the setting temperature, the PID system will stop heating the furnace. Intermittent temperature measurement is generally 2s as a time period to ensure the accuracy of temperature measurement. Compared with ordinary temperature control systems, the PID system has obvious advantages: flexibility, efficiency, and accuracy.
