Revised 13 June 2023

		   POLICY ON PRACTICAL COORDINATION

This policy pertains to the coordination required during the execution
of plans, programs, projects, and tasks. It applies to both close and
distant interactions between team members and the project's
supervisors.

To effectively coordinate, it is essential to have all instructions
documented in writing. This includes plans, programs, projects and
orders that consist of a series of tasks.

After receiving written instructions, take the time to read and
comprehend them thoroughly. You should then provide a detailed
response to confirm your understanding of the instructions and any
other form of communication with your supervisor.

Coordination may take various forms, including interactive briefings
with your seniors using reporting methods such as speaking, chat,
voice messages, or writing emails.

If you cannot complete an expected action, you should communicate with
your senior to let them know your intentions or explain why certain
actions are not possible before beginning. During the execution of the
plan, report your progress and any obstacles you have
encountered. Afterward, you should communicate the completion of the
action or explain why no action could be taken, providing a detailed
report with pertinent facts and specifics.

1. Before the action, coordination involves understanding and
confirming written instructions, communicating intentions, and
   receiving feedback from the supervisor.

2. During the action, coordination requires communication regarding
   progress and any obstacles encountered.

3. After the action, coordination entails communicating the completion
of the action or any reasons why no action could be taken, and
providing a detailed report with pertinent facts and specifics.
