What is SYOGM Team Building Project?
The SYOGM Team Building Project is team building of skilled people who are providing the mentor based program, training and consulting for business startup under the name Start Your Own Gold Mine just as explained on the website https://www.StartYourOwnGoldMine.com.
The purpose of team building is to have skilled people who are providing parts of the Start Your Own Gold Mine program.
Each staff member is to become trained in those areas that belong under their responsibilities.
For example, somebody having knowledge of the law could be trained in the skills of helping client to incorporate a company in Tanzania. This responsibility may also be fulfilled by somebody who has accounting skills. Similarly, obtaining the tax number may fall into this category. Signing up agreements for rental of buildings, or offices falls into this category.
Some other staff member who is very communicative and has negotiation skills may be assigned to connect license holders to the client in the program Start Your Own Gold Mine.
People skilled in prospecting who have completed parts of Start Your Own Gold Mine training as staff members may be assigned to clients to teach them mercury free and highly efficient fine gold recovery methods.
